As I live way up in great white north of Canada, in the Yukon, shipping may be a little slow. All orders will take an estimated 2-3 weeks to arrive within Canada, but may take longer due to shipping delays, especially if order is shipped international and overseas. I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. I cannot be responsible due to delays caused by the postal system, or customs. If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact me and I will try to figure out something with you.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging and Shipping

  • Via Canada Post LETTER MAIL
  • NO tracking available
  • Shipped in either a padded envelope OR a paper envelope backed with card stock.
  • I do my best to mail items flat to help protect against items being bent or folded.

SMALL ITEMS

  • This includes Charms, Keychains, Magnets, and Pins
  • Via Canada Post LETTER MAIL
  • NO tracking available
  • Shipped in a Padded Envelope.

LARGE ORDERS AND/OR ITEMS

  • This includes Plush, Clothing, or very large bulk orders
  • Via Canada Post TRACKED PACKET
  • Tracking Number supplied upon shipment

Returns & exchanges

  • I gladly accept returns and cancellations
  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
  • I don’t accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, or to fulfill your order.
